In-stock domestic shipments are usually shipped the same working day of order if you order before 2pm PST.

HI, AK, & PR shipping charge go by current carrier rate.

All Express delivery shipping charge go by current carrier rate.

Why didn't my order qualify for Free Shipping?

Your order may not qualify for the following reasons:

1. It's a special order.
2. It’s Wholesale order.
3. Your order less than $350.
4. You are in HI,AK, & PR state. 

 

What are my other shipping options?
Insurance Option ($3 first $300, $1 charge addtional $100) + Signature Require $6 per order  

This option guarantees that your order will be re-shipped at no extra cost if you don’t receive it within three weeks (domestic). Shipping carriers can deny any responsibility if your package indicates that it was delivered, but did not reach you. This option protects you and your package from shipping errors and liability. The signature option is available to all United States addresses, both residential and business. Please call us 1-800-852-4609 for detail.

*Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier/delivery company.

United States

We ship nationwide across the contiguous (lower 48) states, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other USA territories.

International

We ship most international packages via DHL. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes) and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.

Some items cannot be exported due to manufacturer or government restrictions. You will receive an on-screen notice if you attempt to put an item in your shopping cart or check out an order containing items which we cannot send to you.

We also reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside the USA.

We ship around the globe. Please check below to acquaint yourself with any exceptions and conditions that may apply to your neck of the woods.

We currently do not ship to Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea and Uganda.

All shipment leaving USA, buyer will take all the risk including package lost or damage.
